Redemption Rules
1. Please log in to your IGG Account (or link your account) and ensure you have created a character in-game before attempting to redeem. Otherwise the redemption will fail.
2. Once a Redemption Code is successfully used, the items will be sent directly to your account. You will receive a breakdown of the rewards via in-game mail.
3. Please check the specific requirements and expiration date of your code. Codes that do not meet the criteria or have expired cannot be redeemed.
4. Each Redemption Code can only be used once.
5. Once a code has been redeemed, the action cannot be undone. Please double-check that you have selected the correct character before confirming.
6. If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact the code issuer or the relevant distributor’s Customer Support.
